Ayla Lewis-Wharton
After 12 years working aboard superyachts globally, as Mate & Chef, Ayla recognised the demand for superyacht services in North Australia after moving to Darwin with Toby and established NAYS in April 2017.
Ayla relishes a challenge, and is a meticulous planner, which enabled immediate success in drawing yachts into Darwin as a gateway port to SE Asia and the Indian Ocean.
Director - Technical
Toby Wharton
A Darwin local born to be on the water, Toby has forged a career from his passion for the ocean. Enjoying 14 years of super yachting in deck positions, including 8 years as Captain before moving shore-based and taking a position driving the pilot vessels for Darwin Port.
Toby holds substantial industry experience, which combined with local knowledge, allows him to anticipate and evaluate superyacht needs accurately and pro-actively find solutions.
Director - Operations
Adrian Celotti
Adrian joined the team in 2019, and brings a wealth of project management experience, as well as a head geared towards engineering.
After a solid a 10 years in Darwin, with as much of it as possible messing about on boats, Adrian's networks amongst local marine services and suppliers is 'next level'. Combined with his personable demeaner and 'can do' approach, Adrian regularly makes the impossible possible.

Suzie Celotti
Suzie joined the NAYS team in 2019, and brings her substantial business & HR experience to the fore which has enabled NAYS to expand and grow with confidence.
Suzie's quick thinking, solutions orientated approach and incredible capacity to juggle competing priorities, making her a perfect addition to the team.
